1. License Grant
Upon purchase, DevLumiq grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code according to the tier purchased (Regular or Extended). The source code is provided "as is" for modification and deployment within the terms of your license.
2. Permitted Use
- Modify the code to suit your business needs
- Deploy on unlimited servers for your single end product
- Create backup copies for archival purposes
- Distribute the compiled application to end users (Extended license only)
3. Prohibited Use
- Resell, redistribute, or share the raw source code publicly
- Use the source code in a competing template or boilerplate product
- Remove license headers or attribution from core files
- Charge end-users for access under the Regular license
4. Demo Environments
Demo environments are provided for evaluation only. Data may be wiped without notice. Do not enter real personal information into demo accounts. Demo uptime is best-effort and not covered by any SLA.
5. Updates & Support
Updates are provided for the current major version line. Support is provided for all customers. Priority email support is available for Extended license holders. We do not guarantee resolution timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
DevLumiq shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or deployment failures. You assume full responsibility for testing and securing your own deployment.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
