When you purchase a DevLumiq license or contact us, we collect your email address, name, and billing information. For demo accounts, we store email and a hashed password. We do not collect or store candidate or employee data from your deployed instances — that data lives entirely in your own PostgreSQL database.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver license files and setup instructions after purchase
• To send security updates and new version notifications
• To respond to support requests via email
• To process payments through our marketplace partners (Stripe, Paddle, etc.)

3. Data Storage & Security

License purchase data is stored in encrypted form with our payment provider. We do not maintain a separate customer database. Demo environment data ( Neon PostgreSQL ) is wiped periodically and should never be used for production or sensitive information.

4. Cookies & Tracking

The marketing website uses no third-party tracking cookies. We use minimal first-party session cookies only for demo authentication. No analytics scripts from Google, Facebook, or similar services are embedded.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing devanshusaini72@gmail.com. We will process the request within 30 days.
